Beau Co is where all the housewives of Park City get toned with high-intensity interval training. The expertise and enthusiasm of the trainers is off the charts. If you love group workouts, this is your spot! Consistently voted Best Fitness Class. Sign up for three-month sessions.
Park City Fit
Park City Fit started over 13 years ago as the first CrossFit gym in Utah. From daily GPP programming, restorative programs, to sport specific work with teens and adults, kids classes, and elite competition, they've done it all. Offering a welcoming and encouraging environment for everybody. Drop-ins welcome.
Silver Mountain Sports Club
This classic sports club in Prospector Square offers workout rooms, lap pools, training, and a variety of workout classes. It’s the locals go-to sports club!
Good Movement Studio
Located in the old Colby School, Studio Pilates offers both reformer and mat classes. Such a charming room and great classes. Ask for Brooke, she will get you set up and ready to go. This is where I go for Pilates!
Salt Pilates
This Pilates studio offers Basic Reformer workouts in a Himalayan salt lined studio in Kimball Junction. Calming your mind while strengthening your body! A local favorite.
Peak 45

Edy and Tiffany have been voted Best Yoga Instructors here in PC, so you can’t go wrong with any of their classes. If you’re looking to turn your yoga up a notch, The Shop has classes for you, too.

You will not find a more beautiful yogastudio in PC. PCYC is really a collection of wellness experts!
