Tequila Kotos Dinner at Tupelo
Gather your people for a night with Komos, the ultra-luxury tequila aged in French oak wine barrels. That winemaking touch is what lets it move course to course like a great bottle of wine, and it's earned Komos the highest-rated tequila collection ever, home to the first perfect 100-point tequila.
The distiller joins us to pour and walk you through each expression, served neat and just chilled, in a wine glass.
We open with yellowfin tuna crudo, mango and osetra caviar, alongside the bright Añejo Cristalino. Duck confit agnolotti and pomegranate mole meet the red-wine-barrel Reposado Rosa. A sous-vide Niman lamb loin with black truffle stands up to the bold Añejo Reserva. To finish, crispy apple pavlova, smoked pecans and caramel, with the Extra Añejo.
Come hungry, settle in, and let the night unfold one pour at a time.

Tour Des Suds
Tour des Suds is a 7-mile mountain bike climb starting at City Park. Go hard and treat it like a legit mtb race (yes, there are awards) or a crazy costume party on bikes. Either way, it’s 2,200′ of vert straight up to the finish line/Skullcandy Party Station at the top of Empire Pass. No e-bikes please.
Costume Contest
Participants are encouraged to don ‘festive’ costumes and celebrate the beginning of the fall mountain bike season in a spirited manner!! Crazy costumes, crazy bikes is the concept!

Fire + Flavor Festival: Chef Sarah Glover
Experience the flavors of the mountains at Silver Lake, where open-fire cooking meets alpine views. On July 11 and 12, Chef Sarah Glover brings her signature, land-driven approach to the flame, preparing locally sourced game, fresh-baked breads, and seasonal ingredients over open fire.
Throughout the lawn, discover standout culinary moments, from Chef Peter Menteer’s showstopping eight-foot paella filled with fresh seafood and local meats to Chef Sam Phelan’s plank salmon, slow-cooked over the fire. Pair each bite with craft pours from Utah breweries and live music.
Admission is free with lift access from Snow Park. Food and beverage are available à la carte, with each culinary station offering a $25 plate.

Wildflower Hikes
Join Swaner & Basin Recreation naturalists for a hike on the north side of the Preserve to enjoy and learn about the wildflowers in bloom! Terrain is variable and the trails are exposed: please come prepared with hiking shoes or boots, sun protection, and water.
