Special Dining Experiences
VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS! This mountaintop lodge is pure magic — ride Outlaw, Stairway, and Red’s Lifts to reach one of Utah’s first lodges at the top. Once there, you’ll get 360-degree views of Heber Valley, Utah Valley, and the surrounding Wasatch peaks. Good Tip: Go in summer for tacos, burritos, nachos, and drinks at the summit — it’s worth the lift ride just for the vibe.
Dine inside a cozy glass globe on the Mountain Lodge deck with panoramic Deer Valley views. The seating’s luxe (up to 8 guests per globe), and you get 90 minutes of magic. Menus pull from both Troll Hallen and Glitretind, so expect both elevated & comforting fare. Good Tip: Reservations are required (they’ll run you $200-$250 depending on time) — so plan ahead.
A prix-fixe menu that changes weekly, paired with High West whiskey if you choose — it’s one of Park City’s most special dining experiences. Cozy, intimate, and unforgettable with friends. Good Tip: Book ahead — the ambiance and pairings make it a night to remember, great way to impress guests in town!
An iconic Deer Valley experience, Fireside serves four cozy courses — from bubbling raclette cheese by the fire to cauldrons of chocolate for dessert. Family-style and interactive, it’s as fun as it is delicious. Good Tip: Add on a horse-drawn sleigh ride or snowshoe trek to make the night unforgettable.
Head up to High West for sweeping views, whiskey flights, and a brunch that includes all-you-can-eat bacon — Sunday Funday perfection. Good Tip: Keep an eye out for their seasonal Supper Club dinners for an elevated evening experience.
Snowshoe under the stars to a private yurt in Wasatch Mountain State Park (now at Soldier Hollow) for a four-course, locally sourced meal by the fire. It’s intimate, adventurous, and one of our favorite winter traditions. Good Tip: Dress warm — the journey in is half the magic.
Dramatic views, luxe food, and a menu that highlights Utah’s bounty — Yuta is the kind of place you remember. Chef Guillermo Tellez (James Beard award winner) brings bold flavors with curated farm-to-table ingredients. Good Tip: Book the Terrace for sunset — it’s an outdoor moment that feels elevated.
