Good Gift Guide

Buy Local, Love Local: A Park City Gift Guide

If you’re shopping in Park City this season, buying local is the gift that keeps on giving. These are the places I always find myself circling back to — for thoughtful presents, unexpected finds, and gifts that actually feel personal.

Indigo Highway

Indigo Highway is dangerous in the best way. I usually go in for one thing and leave with five. Clothing, accessories, home goods — it’s the kind of shop where everything somehow works, no matter who you’re shopping for.

Free Living Co.

If non toxic is important to you, Free Living Co. is an easy yes. Their non-toxic, eco-conscious gifts feel elevated without being preachy, which makes them great for teachers, coworkers, and hosts. The owner Dana is awesome — just tell her who you’re shopping for and she’ll pull the perfect gift, whether it’s for a tween, a mom, or someone who already “has everything.”

Park City Gardens

Always charming, especially for hostess gifts. I love gifting Christmas cactus plants to teachers or hosts with a little note that says, “Thanks for helping me grow.” It’s simple, thoughtful, and lasts long after the holidays.

The new Mountain Mixer cocktail book is a great local gift for anyone who loves Park City, entertaining, or a good drink. You can order it online, which makes it an easy last-minute option that still feels special.

Atticus Coffee & Teahouse

For readers and creatives, Atticus is full of cool finds beyond books — journals, art supplies, and little treasures you didn’t know you needed. Or get a gift card, it’s a cool place for someone to go hang out.

Park City Desserts

This shop might surprise you. They’ve expanded their retail offerings in a big way, including ornaments and giftable goodies. I heard they recently received over 3,000 ornaments, so it’s worth popping in — and grabbing a sweet treat for yourself to fuel your shopping. They also have a Park City themed Christmas tree available for purchase… I’m looking at you last minute decorators.

High West Merch

High West has a bunch of new merch this season, available both online and at their locations. Inventory can vary between shops, so it’s worth calling ahead if you’re looking for something specific. Or just get a bottle of the good stuff!

The Collective Park City

The Collective Park City is a shopper’s dream. Clothing, home goods, gifts, it’s one of those places where you could knock out a big chunk of your list in one stop.

Suss Cookies

Giving Suss cookies is a non-negotiable for me — I gift them annually and people genuinely ask if they’re coming again. They’re just that good. Soft, indulgent, and impossible to disappoint. Even better, they deliver nationwide, which makes them a lifesaver for long-distance gifting.

Midway Bakery

Need a thoughtful and delicious gift? Get something so sweet from this darling spot in Midway. They have a few ktichen gifts but their cinnamon bread is AH-MAZING, they even have cute little ones they will wrap up—perfect for neighbor gifts. Also, the cinnamon rolls are dangerously good, get one.

Anything Sundance

If I were giving a gift card, it would be to Sundance Resort. Between the shopping, activities and classes, and truly amazing restaurants, it’s the kind of gift that turns into a full experience. If you want to treat someone to a really good time — not just a thing — this is the one to send them to.

Shopping local not only supports the businesses that make Park City special, it also makes gift-giving more meaningful. Good gifts, good people, good place — that’s the whole point.
