Summer is officially in full swing! While Park City’s skies will be a little quieter this Fourth of July, there are still plenty of ways to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary and enjoy the holiday weekend.
Whether you’re sipping your way through Mountain Mixer, catching live music under the stars, or discovering a new favorite restaurant, July is packed with reasons to get out and enjoy the season. As always, we’ve rounded up the good stuff.

FOURTH FESTIVITIES
Park City and the Wasatch Back are marking America's 250th anniversary with Fourth of July traditions including hometown parades, live music, family activities, rodeos, and more. However you celebrate, here’s to a holiday weekend filled with sunshine, community, and plenty of red, white, and blue—here's good things to do!

OAKLEY RODEO
The Oakley Rodeo (July 1–4) is back, and tickets disappeared faster than an eight-second bull ride. While it’s one of the best 4th traditions, it’s a tough ticket to score! If you’re still hoping to go, be cautious of pricey resale sites. Instead, check KSL or local Oakley and Park City Facebook groups, where locals sometimes sell extra tickets. Good luck!
FIRE & FLAVOR FESTIVAL
Deer Valley’s Fire & Flavor Festival is going to be good — enjoy live-fire cooking, top chefs, and seriously good food set against those classic alpine views. It’s equal parts elevated and easygoing, with tastings, and demos. The lineup is 🔥!

MOUNTAIN MIXER IS ON!
Good cocktails, friendly competition, and an excuse to visit your favorite bars—Mountain Mixer is back, with 20 original cocktails being shaken, stirred, and judged across Park City all July long. The top 10 cocktails will advance to the live finals at Deer Valley on August 22.
